Sigatoka is a town in Fiji. Sigatoka Viti Levu and it is located on the island at the mouth of the river, and then are called, some 69 kilometers Nadi. In 1996 census, the 7940 population was last done. Sigatoka Nadroga-Navosa province is the main city center.
Sigatoka skyline is dominated by an ornate mosque. Sigatoka Sand Dunes Kulukulu major attractions in the village two kilometers to the south near Sigatoka and the Kula Eco Park, 100 species from many tropical countries and is located approximately 500 birds home. The city also a major center for Fiji's coastal tourism belt - Coral Coast - the country's most prominent hotels and resorts that host.
Sigatoka was founded in 1959 as a city and 10 members of the Sigatoka Town Council, elected for a term of three years subject.
