Utah is situated in the Midwest of the continent and steps forward with its natural beauty. Utah has plenty of dinosaur attractions too, there are a few dig sites; Dinosaur National Monument, a national park that displays a major excavation site as well as some Native American pictographs, is the most important of them. There are endless deserts, high mountains, salt flats all around the state, such as Great Salt Lake at the western parts. The biggest city of the state is Salt Lake City at the north and boasts the most excellent ski resorts. These resorts will be the host of Winter Olympics in 2002.


Utah's populace is generally conservative. There is a deep Mormon heritage here that can be observed in the historic settlements and that culture is still influential in daily life and politics. Morality laws are more strict than any other state and well enforced too.


Utah features a quieter vacation, away from crowds. The mesmerizing beauty of the nature along with all year round outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, boating, water skiing, camping and climbing add up to a perfect tranquil experience for the whole family.
