United States - Miami Hotels

The name Miami is synonymous to beach for many people, not surprisingly. While some call it a retirement city, I prefer to think of it as a spring break city. Either way, this cosmopolitan city situated at the tip of Floridan Peninsula is a top notch destination for casual summer tourism.

Miami is a surprisingly big city. In fact, it's fourth in population in the USA. Miami is a living example of human achievement, not long ago, this flat corner of the earth was swamps. Over the time, men converted the swamps into a distinguished city of lakes and canals. Miami attracts a great deal of immigration, especially from southern regions, South America and Caribbeans. Spanish is spoken as much as English, if not more. Due to this fact, the city has developed a unique culture blend over the years.

First thing to note about Miami is of course, the astonishing beaches. These beaches of perfect white sand stretch for miles and miles at the east of the city. And like that isn't enough, the beaches stretch further into the the Florida Keys -a group of lined up islands, connected by bridges of highway that reach further into the sea. There is an available and well developed beach for everyone of every taste here. Activities are abundant, surfing, diving, you name it. And thanks to the ever shining sun, the party never stops at these beaches. Except for during hurricanes of course. With these fascinating beach life, Miami attracts everyone from every age group and social pattern each year. From high class yacht owners to as we mentioned earlier, springbreak teens, Miami caters for needs of every one of these distinct groups and actually, very good at doing it. You'll find what you are looking for easily among extravagant resorts to budget motels and pensions. Nightlife is at its best, with ample amount of options, though what you'd really want to be, is late night beach parties.

Apart from the allure of the beaches, Miami also has an authentic environment. Everglades and Florida Keys provide great sights for natura-seekers. The only thing this land lacks, is the hills and mountains.

City itself ticks all the boxes for tourism too. Museums, attractions, high quality shopping districts, lively business centers of downtown... the list goes on. Miami is an obvious choice for those seeking great beach life and a pleasant city.
