The group of Cayman Islands are located between Cuba and Jamaica on the western side of the Caribbean Sea. These islands were colonized by Britain and to this day, still stays as a British Overseas Territory.
There are three islands in this group, Grand Cayman, Little Cayman and Cayman Brac. These rather tiny islands are world's richest places because of its two great qualities; flowing high class tourism and free offshore banking. The extravagant resorts in Grand Cayman are aimed at the luxury seekers, mainly from North America. World's clearest turquoise waters, palm trees reaching superb white sands, fascinating coral reefs and perfect facilities and service make sure you enjoy your vacation to the full extent. High class restaurants as well as cozy under the stars dining options, exquisite bars and nightclubs, spectacular sun setting into the water moments, great view of bays and parks, secluded but still top quality beaches; everything is at perfection here in the Caymans. You've got all the time for yourself and your loved ones to relax and enjoy.
The other two islands are not as developed in facilities and provide for divers and nature tours. Divers have much to explore underseas, from fascinating natural life to ancient walls to shipwrecks. These tiny islands also have a surprisingly rich ecosystem with hundreds of native species of flora such as lilies, roses and orchids. Both casual tourers and keen botanists will find a walk through the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park in Grand Cayman irresistible. Cayman Turtle Farm turns into another interesting and unique attraction, again unique to this area.
Cayman islands are the true beach paradise in every way, that's why it has always been a must stop for any Caribbean cruiser tour.
